I’m Samantha, a trauma-informed therapist with a master’s in social work (MSW, RSW, RSSW) and a background in sociology. I support clients who are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
My work is grounded in a holistic, neuro-somatic approach that weaves together IFS, CBT, DBT, EFT, PACT, SE, and Narrative Therapy. I pay close attention to both mind and body, helping you recognize how your nervous system responds to stress and how we can gently create new, more flexible patterns.
